        The receptionist 10; tech who did my eye exam - 10. After that the wait was extremely long with no one acknowledging my presence . The doc arrived and did call me by name. That tech came in and said nothing to me. The doc did the exam and stood up and left the room without a word. A bit of simple courtesy would go a long way. After my cataract surgeries I am seriously considering finding a new eye doc.
