The quality of their work was very good. The price was absurd. $1200 to fix a clogged drain in the kitchen sink. My bad for not getting another quote.

He was on time, that's the good point. Upon entering my home to replace a sink sprayer hose he started on a heater contract, air contract and any and all plumbing problems I may have. My reply was I don't want to hear anything other than sprayer hose repair and he starts playing with my faucet telling me he has a new faucet in the truck that almost matches , i said the hose ,just the $20 hose. He goes out to the truck to get an estimate and comes back with a price, ha ha I could have bought 15 hoses.
He didn't get the job, took my leg brace off and did it myself !

Ok! Here I go! I never do reviews, but my experience was so positive that I promised that I would do one. My review is for my kitchen remodel that McHales completed last summer 2022. The experience was wonderful from start to finish! It started with Doug our designer who helped us make our design ideas come true with his own unique twist of turning our stove, which is one of everyones favorite parts of the kitchen! Then there is Harry, our one man show! He arrived bright and early everyday, always in a cheerful mood and ready to get the job done!. He is a master craftsman who practically did the remodel himself. Everyone communicated the projects schedule vey well and I loved the calendar that supplied anticipated dates of activities. The project was completed on schedule with a few odds and ends that were needed during the following week. I will leave you with this, I am sure we could have found cheaper bids but McHales quality of work, professionalism, friendliness, and guarantee of work back by over 75 years of service was worth it!
I also would like to give a shout out to Jenny for all of the paperwork and dealing with the permits. Plus Sheila for always being there to greet me every time I needed to stop into the showroom!

I recently had my 35 year old kitchen remodeled by McHales.Their business model and professionalism made it a successful experience. I worked closely with Doug to convert my thoughts and ideas into a workable plan. He guided me through the selection process so I was confident about my choices. Sheila was always available to answer my questions. The project manager, Mike Miller, was easy to work with. He paid attention to detail and communicated with me about progress and scheduling. We nicknamed him no worries Mike. Kudos to his team Kevin, Anthony, Steve, George and Neal. They were all knowledgeable, reliable and pleasant to work with. I have my dream kitchen thanks to the McHales team.
