I had DB clean both of my homes. The first major issue we had was when one of the cleaners broke a large piece of glass from our vanity mirror. When I contacted management to advise them of the same, they proceeded to tell me that that large chunk of glass was always missing and that the team said it wasn't them. Not true, but I let it slide. There were always times when I saw the team standing around my laundry area on their phones as opposed to cleaning when the job was not complete. It was frustrating because they are paid hourly.
Final straw was when one of them stole one of my diamond earrings. Another member of my household staff ran into one of the cleaners sometime thereafter and they admitted their teammate had broken the mirror. The stuff can be replaced, of course, but when you're trusting someone with your home, I would not trust DB.

We have been customers of DB cleaning for over 10 years and have been very happy with their services. They are always prompt, communicative, and extremely friendly. Their cleaning is great and their prices very reasonable. We probably don't have the easiest house to clean - 3 kids and two pets in a 3-floor townhouse that's almost always a little chaotic - and they still always do a wonderful job!
Highly recommended.

I stopped using this service in December 2023 and today I got charged for service. That wasn't enough, by 5 pm they charged the card $500. Do not trust them with your debit card. Very upsetting!!
Update: After numerous messages, I had to wait until the next day to get someone to answer my call. It took, 40 minutes and 4 transfers, being patronized and condescending tones, to resolve the situation. This has not been the first time they charged my card, it happened in the past but not for this much cash. I disputed with my bank the smaller amounts but I have to pay the bills and $500 was not something I can wait for my bank to refund. This is the only reason that I changed companies. I had used their services for over 5 years and always tipped.
