Financed a kitchen island- discussed the interest free option- they didnt check the box on the contract- had I known I wouldnt have signed. Im pretty sure they knew exactly what they were doing. Delivery issues & communication issues to boot. Stay away.

We had a terrible experience after paying for our cabinets. We opted out of their install due to high cost($2500). Our cabinets were nice however a couple of the pre drilled shelf hole were uneven causing shelf to rock back & forth, minor dings on 2 cabinets doors & 1 drawer,(they send replacement that they expect us to change out). Countertop they sold us became unavailable at first then delayed & when we finally received the countertop part of it was cut too short & then too big which caused some wall damage , 2 (4) backsplash pieces were missing and caused more delays. When they finally sent the cut piece the gentleman they sent was not an installer. A 1 day countertop install that was prepaid took almost two weeks, 3 failed attempts with multiple days off causing loss of work and too many broken promises and guarantees . Due your due diligence when choosing kitchen cabinet/countertop provider
