        I love our Pharmacy folks at Rite Aid

        Great little store. Staff very friendly. However, at the corporate level, whenever I would do the Rite Aid surveys in the past, my name would be entered into a drawing to win $1000. I guess corporate stopped doing this. It was a nice incentive for doing the surveys. Therefore, I will no longer take the time to do the Rite Aid surveys.

        The pharmacy technician I spoke with today was probably the most uneducated, rude, ignorant person I have ever met. Enough for me to cancel my childs prescription and have her doctor send it else where. I would never recommend this particular rite aid to anyone, even in an emergency. When I asked to speak to the pharmacist I was told the pharmacist left for the day and the night pharmacist had no idea what was going on with my prescription. Completely incompetent on both the technician and the pharmacist part. Ive worked in pharmacy for over 12 years and have experienced my share of idiots but tonight took the cake.
