I hope you don't have any pressing commitments. They tend to overbook, leading to long waits. I personally had to wait an hour. I'm unsure when it became standard for doctors to prioritize their time over their patients. The staff's incompetence led to a billing mishap where they sent my bill to the wrong insurance company, resulting in me receiving a $400 cleaning bill. I feel it's important to caution anyone considering this dental practice about their service quality. Consider this a warning.

Ive been a patient at this practice for over 10 years and Ive never had any problems. Everyone is always very kind and helpful.

The staff is completely unprofessional and rude. It is not worth dealing with them.

Dr Kane was my doctor years ago but due to insurance reasons I had to stop going to him and now I have started back with him but I'm seeing Dr MK well I must say I loved Dr Kane and I was disappointed at first when I wasn't going see him this time around however I love Dr MK just as much she made me feel so comfortable and at ease when I was a nervous wreck and took the time to personally call me to see how I was doing. If looking for a dentistry i recommend Dr MK. I already recommended her to a friend looking. Thank you Dr MK!
