KS Remodeling, LLC responded quickly to my call for a quote. He worked with me for a mutually available time to see the roof work required. The next day I had a written detailed contract and price in hand. We kept in touch via texting as I had to go through my HOA for a permit. KS Remodeling, LLC provided the necessary roof samples, liability and workmens compensation the HOA required. Once I had the HOA approval, KS Remodeling, LLC quickly scheduled the work. Every detail of the contract was followed efficiently and effectively. The work was professional and very cost effective. KS Remodeling prices are very, very competitive. Cleanup and removal of the roofing debris was excellent. I highly recommend KS Remodeling, LLC.
