        I recently found Hair by Lora after my long time hairstylist retired. I was warmly greeted by Lora and Scarlett. I have had my hair colored, highlighted and cut by Scarlett. She is very attentive and I am very happy with Hair by Lora and Scarlett. Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Haircut, Hairstyling, Blowdry, Gloss or Glaze, Hair highlighting, Hair coloring
