Lavana Falls Apartments

Its a pretty good starter apartment complex. The only issues are the other tenants that live here. They can be rude and not keep in mind the other people who live here. The occasional letting kids run around the hallways, opening and slamming doors. And ones that have loud phone conversations right in the hallway. And the others that are lazy dog owners who never clean up after their pets outside. Besides those complaints, the apartments itself are actually pretty cozy. Leasing team is friendly, and maintenance is always fast when it comes to fixing or responding to an issue.

Called to explain my situation how credit took a hit last year after bad divorce. Was told no problem they would work with me bc everything else was good. Then took my 50$ application fee turned around denied me the apartment an told me nothing they can do now.

Ive been here since 2019 it has gotten extremely worse the staff and whoever owns this should be ashamed over the month of August my house seemed to be overtaken with roaches I had to throw away my whole bed frame and bomb my house and when I move Ill have to throw away all my bedroom sets and majority of everything I have here and thats just the recent 2023 also my daughter passed away in November 2021 I had a memorial for her in front of my window and instead of management asking me to move it because they want the outside of these apartments to look good they threw my childs memorial in the trash and said sorry and gave me 100$ towards my rent, the manager or front desk girl (thats who she was when I first moved here) who knew my daughter an smiled in her face every time she saw her acted as if she didnt know what it was but thats just a few examples I have more but its too much to type Ive been paying for a gym that they havent let anyone in since they made , but Im sure its part of our rent just like the pool thats barely open an when you do go people who dont live here are there, but you cant bring anybody except people on the lease . Im just giving a few examples of my experience living here Id try to find a different place an maybe contact someone you know who lives there an get a feel for what youre signing on for . also recently a exterminator was in the office talking to the manager the lady in the office he didnt know I was there and was talking about me and my apartment to the manager lady she then got quiet I guess letting him know I was there after that the same exterminator had a key to my apartment and let himself in I literally felt so confused and uncomfortable that this same man now had a way to get into my apartment I talked to Matt who told me he would handle it but my privacy and rights have been violated I feel disrespected and disregarded by the owner Im mentally and emotionally drained from being here and going through these things and Im still trying to figure out my rights tenant rights because I now feel Im being harassed by everyone involved.
