Poor communication. Negative experience. I previously used Jacqueline services in 2019 when she worked for Liberty Travel. She planned my anniversary trip to Paris. Being a small business owner myself, I decided to reach out to Mattox Travel to plan my October 2021 birthday vacation. I later had to cancel vacation. Cancellation was within refund period. Over the last year I emailed Jacqueline several times on 08/21, 02/22, 04/22, 06/22 and 09/22 for updates. Jacqueline responded to August and February emails only. A year later I continue to wait for refund. At least acknowledge my emails. I guess silence is an acknowledgment!

Jacque made my trip to Mexico so easy and was essentially on call the whole time. She checked in and made sure my group made it to where we needed to go and was super helpful. The trip was just a short amount of the time I conversated with Jacque. We talked for months before I left to ensure there wouldn't be any hang ups or hassles. She made it WAY easier than I could've managed myself and for that, Jacque's definitely my new "Go To" for travel! Wouldn't book with anyone else.

I just got back from a solo trip to Hawaii! Ive never traveled solo nor to Hawaii so I needed a professional travel agent to help. Jacque asked me specific questions on what I was looking for in my trip and botta bing, botta boom! She had a list of accommodations, plane options, car rental info and excursions all within a few days of me contacting her for assistance!!! She wrote me up an invoice and after I approved, she booked all of it! I didnt have to lift a finger except to email her back a big excited THANK YOU!!! She was very responsive, professional and quick to make any changes I requested. She was available 100% before and during my trip in case I needed to make any changes or needed any help. Fortunately, I had no issues on my trip and didnt need to reach out during. However it was relieving to know she would be there just in case. My trip was amazing!!! I LOVED all of the excursions and the condo! If I tried figuring all of that all by myself, Im sure it wouldnt have gone a smoothly nor would I have stayed at such a beautiful place! Thanks to Mattox Travel, I had the most amazing time with a smooth and easy booking process. She made sure everything was in my budget as well! I cant raise about Mattox Travel enough.
