        Dr Poole and his staff have always gotten me in right away if i break a tooth or have tooth pain. Thats probably the most important thing to me, that they my take pain seriously

        Very pushy, was told I had 4 cavities that needed filled. My financial situation did not allow for me to get them all done so I chose 2 of the worst to fill. I was berated and essentially told I wasting Dr. Poole's time. Very uncomfortable experience when going to the dentist is not a fun experience to begin with.
