Our family member opted not to rent through this and black rock - what a waste of money on the app fee! It took several weeks to get them to stop emailing us leases to sign. The property was marginal and the prospective tenant was expected to work out details with the other tenant (such as lawn care and snow removal) and the other tenant wasnt very cooperative on first contact. For this reason he decided not to use this provider. The customer service was slow to remedy this issue of the repeated emails; however, Tnt was finally able to get the emails to cease and we do appreciate that.

I called and Tim came out that day (on a Sunday) to see my home because I mentioned I wanted this to move quickly. The house was listed the next day. The communication was great. He answered any and all questions we had at any time of day or night. By far a great experience and would recommend using TNT for any realty or brokerage needs.
