        Reiki works! I was dealing with a high stress level and not sleeping well. I stopped at Within Harmony to inquire about Reiki services. Aileen and David are wonderful! They explained the crystal light bed and answered all my questions. No pressure! Over the last year I have used Reiki to help with my stress, poor sleeping habits, anxiety, knee pain and back pain. It has also helped to improve my attitude and boost energy. David offers many Reiki services. The shop is unique. Something for everyone! My experience has always been wonderful! I highly recommend this business to others.

        The vest I bought screamed yes & knew I wasnt departing Within Harmony without it. Fabulous and knowledgeable folks. They offer vintage items, along with Alternative & Holistic remedies.
