Great place. I love the staff. Always nice and friendly. Docters are great. Clean ,well kept, family friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend. So happy to have found such a great place .

The dental hygienist was awesome (Cass) she was very thorough and very gentle,loved her!!!

Cass is by far the BEST hygienist Ive had at this office. She went above and beyond to make sure my teeth were extra clean (especially with having braces). So nice! Also yes this office is a bit busy sometimes BUT definitely a decent office to go to, can never complain!

The worst office staff I have ever dealt with!!! Emily who calls herself an office manager is completely clueless, no customer care skills at all. The office personnel have no care for their patients. I do not know if the actual dentists that are theyre are the same way, because of the way the office handled my situation I refuse to go any further, in my experience the highest in a group sets the tone for the whole office. My family just moved here and we were referred to them. I have my dentist/surgeon back home, just had implants done and I explained myself and my husbands situation in regards to appointments. My dentist and staff went above and beyond. From staying late for me and even a couple of times letting me come in when they were closed my husband and I drive a truck OTR we only come home Fridays and we leave out at 3:00 am Saturday. We come from California and sometimes things happen from there to home. Traffic, lines go bathrooms, ect I explained all of this the 1st conversation. sometimes were not going to make it or like today we were going to be 30 minutes late!!!!! For us thats an accomplishment. I even the called the office that morning at 8:00 am to let them know and make sure I kept them updated. When we delivered the load we had and I knew for sure we would be30 min late I called for the 2nd time that day, still 3 hours before appointment, and was informed they were charging $50. for not a 24 hr notice, but they would be happy to reschedule him!!??? How stupid do they think I am!!! I understand office policy what I am having trouble with is the impersonalization and lack of concern and care this office showed, but I am supposed to be comfortable with putting my dental needs with them? I would not trust that they would take care of me if something happened while in their care because like I was told by the office manager The computer automatically puts the fee on your account!!!! What!!??? Again I asked if she was the office manager is she not the on that oversees that kind of stuff??? So after all that I would tell anyone RUN!!! Do not go there!!!
