        This was our first time coming here and we absolutely loved it. Every tree we saw was beautiful! I asked a wreath maker for help, she directed us to Nick who immediately told us where to look for the type of tree we describedWe didnt know what kind but knew what shape and the trees did not disappoint! We had so so many to choose from. We found the perfect thick, fat tree and cut it down. It was tagged, shaken and wrapped for pick up. We also had some apps from the food stand and enjoyed the free hot chocolate. The adorable store had such a big variety of ornaments and Christmas knickknacks! We definitely will be back again next year!

        Extremely disappointing both times I visited. The first year I went, we spent two hours picking a tree, had a nice afternoon, and then they gave our tree to the wrong person post bundling and paying. This year we took our time and found a beautiful tree, only to be accosted by the workers while starting to cut our tree being told we "wandered off the normal customer area" and were going to be charged $120 for the tree we picked. This tree was within the size regulations for the $60 price. There were no signs that this area was off limits and we were pointed in this direction by another worker. We were also blamed for cutting down another tree nearby, which was absolutely not the case. Being immediately blamed for something we did not do while trying to have a family bonding moment was quite upsetting. We will not be returning.

        We always went to a nearby tree farm, but after super slim pickings last year it was time to find a new place. We travel about 1.5 hours up to Lehighton to get a tree every year. So, we needed to find another spot up here. Let me tell you. It was impossible to choose a tree, because they are all perfect. Insanely reasonably priced trees and wreaths. Our new spot for our Christmas trees!

      In regards to your accusations, you were spoken to in a polite manner, by the owner, with a worker witnessing the entire conversation. It was calmly explained, to you and your group, that you wandered out of the traditional retail area and into one of our wholesale patches where all trees were a minimum of 9’ or taller. Not one other customer has wandered out of our traditional patch, and into that wholesale patch, to date this season. There is a clear break in the fields denoting the patches. In reference to the cut tree, we were simply questioning why a tree was laying near your group. When you said the tree wasn’t yours, we immediately accepted your response. In closing, even though you started to cut the 10’ $120.00 tree, because you thought you should only pay $60.00 for it, we gave you the option to buy it or leave it…even though you cut into it and damaged the trunk. You were given a chance to select a new tree in our traditional area, for the $60.00 price which other customers in that particular patch pay.
