Excellent service! I was able to drop off our old dishwasher and pick up a new one the same day. They walked me through exactly what I needed parts wise to hook up my new appliance. Would highly recommend.

My washer broke. Whirlpool scheduled Koch to come fix it. Feb 20. Feb 19 I called to confirm a time they would be out and was told by a rude lady that I wasnt on the schedule and they do their own schedule and nobody could get to me til 3-4 weeks later. So I called whirlpool back for a different company. Koch ended up coming out the next day the man was rude came in saw what was broken and told me they would get back to me with a date when he parts etc came in. 3 weeks later nobody called. So I called whirlpool for another company to come out. Within a week I had someone come out and my new parts ordered and installed.

Called to have refrigerator serviced. A prompt phonecall returned and fit in that week. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff and service man. Very polite customer service. Bought several appliances and it was a positive experience.
