        I have used Andrea's plumbing many times and I really don't have any complaints about the work itself or the people. But most recently had plumbing work done in my laundry room. With the exception of a couple feet of dryer vent material I provided the rest. Lowering the water supply by less than a foot, an hour worth of work ..Total bill $1,000. HOW?? The materials were less than $100 or possibly even less than $50 which brings us to a $900 an hour pay rate? I am a firm believer in Fair wage and profit but this was over the top!

        My gas furnace was not working. Called Andreas for a service call. Tech came the same day. Checked my furnace and said 3 parts needed to be replaced. The total cost for the parts was $3200.00. I have a Maintenance background and have many years sourcing parts. While the tech was looking for parts for my furance I sourced OEM parts myself. I could purchase the parts he quoted for $3200.00 I could purchase for less than $600.00. The tech also told us he could not be sure that the parts he said we needed would fix the problem. After the tech left and there sales person tried to sell me a new furance for almost $9000.00. I checked the furnace myself and found that it needed a new gas valve. I replaced the valve for less than $200.00 I will not use Andreas for any type of repairs.

        I can imagine yall are absolutely lovely individuals and what not but got dayum those commercials. Excessive, rough and annoying. Not a good combo when trying to draw in new customers. I would change it up a bit and maybe not have one every ad break
