They refuse to answer the phone. Ordered online and driver didn't knock and just left pizza on front porch. Was ice cold by the time we got to it. Tried calling to see where our pizza was and kept getting routed to the Greenfield store which is too far away for delivery. Got email from the GM who said he would give me a $35 credit which is useless as I can't get ahold of them!

The only pizza shop in the entire area that not only doesn't answer their phone, but sends their calls to Hazelwood.

I ordered on line and received an email that my order was ready at 7:35. I was call when I got there and they would bring it out ... they came out with it at 7:54....this was 100% unacceptable.
Pizza was cold....and very sloppy put together. Guess its hard to find good help !!!!
Once again, another awful visit to pizza hut.
Well, since the restaurant is closing, and moving to a new location, I seriously think that you should just shut the doors, and close it until the new one opens. There was 2 people working...and we had to wait to 20 minutes to order, and we were the only 2 that were inside eating, so therefore we should not have had to wait at all, ALSO they had us order online so we could get "2 medium 3 topping pizzas", because the "kid" waiting on is didn't know how to order it....in the mean time there were alot of bugs flying around. Once we ordered it took 35 minutes to get our food. As we were waiting I noticed a big hole in the ceiling, and I said to to the "kid" that must be where all these bugs are coming in from, and he said "yea probably" and shrugged his shoulders, and said mgt. doesn't care, since there closing this location. So again, this location should be closed until the other one opens, and hopefully you hire some new staff....the 2 people that were there were filthy dirty....from greasy hair, dirt under there fingernails,
dirty clothe, and holes in there pant...VERY DISGUSTING. We definitely won't go back to this location to dine in, and highly doubtful that we will order to pick up.
After mentioning the bugs flying around, and the time it took us to order, we should haven't have had to pay for our meal.
Completely different order ... another day
Order was placed online (pizza w/ pepperoni, green peppers, and onions), my husband picked it up and brought it home. When we opened the box, the pizza had pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms. I called pizza hut for over an hour until someone finally answered, then put me on hold for 10-15 minutes. When a guy got on the phone he asked me my order# on receipt. When I gave it to him, he said oh..."come on back and we will make you another one"...I told him I wasn't coming back...this wasn't my fault, why would I waste my gas to come back...he said "well, I can put a credit into your pizza hut account for next time", and hung up.
What he should have said was we will deliver a pizza to you, since it was our mistake.
So many mistakes this pizza hut is making...unbelievable.

I've done curbside for several years now. They are always ready by the promised time and polite when they bring it out. Plus it seems that they put more toppings on than most...
