They made this process so easy! I did not even have to visit the store. I found what I liked on the KitchenAid website, I called, they asked for the product #, I ordered, they came and installed it. While they installed, which took like 2 min, we also found out they do the repairs. They are the one stop shop for appliances, sell and repair!

Best appliance store in the Valley. They have all the name brands. I try to stay away from the big box stores. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

We bought a dishwasher from them (January 2023), and when they delivered it 3 days later, the old washer apparently had one "6p" nail installed that secured it to the floor in the kitchen (for some unknown reason), and they were unable to even try to remove it, themselves..... They suggested my wife go out and purchase a specialized (and expensive) tool to remove the nail and left, saying they'd reschedule the install after it was removed.  I actually got a pry bar and a hammer and removed the nail myself in less than 5 minutes, freeing the old unit for removal.  Called to inquire as to the reschedule date and they offered two options, 3 days and 6 days out.  I explained that this was a previous install they had already committed to, and that we couldn't have 2 dishwashers sitting around for that long and the dates they offered were unacceptable and they needed to bump someone else and complete the install they had already committed to .  The agent said they'd have to owner call me, and of course, they didn't call at the scheduled time, either.Absolutely LOUSY customer service and I've never seen an appliance store operate in this manner. We will never buy even a screw  (or nail??) from this company again, and we're going to suck it up and install the dishwasher ourselves, because clearly, they're incapable of being prepared to do the job they claim to do for a living.
