        We wanted family based consoling and this is the program that picked us up. First experiences were just awful. I gave a 2 star because we are supposed to get a better team in the next 2 weeks. They CAN earn 5 starts from me. I dont mind when people are straight forward with me because we all miss things about ourselves. HOWEVER, I KNOW the difference in being straight forward honesty and and being absolute RUDE. So yes I will be back to see if they can get a higher rating and recommendation. So far the director is kind and shr said if she CANNOT get us what we need as a family she WILL come to our hone and help us herself. I found that to be very caring about the type of business they want to be.

        Some of the people are great. The program in general is so disorganized, it's pathetic. It taught my child how to be a better criminal. There were NO life skills or help with school. Waste of my families time....
