I had dreamed of owning my own home for many years but had some extenuating circumstances that I thought might hinder me in securing a loan. I did receive pre approval for a mortgage from an online lender but Sarah advised me that it wasnt a guarantee and that there could be a denial at the end of the settlement process. Sarah worked with a local lender she had experience with and together they worked through my problems head on , subsequently confirming that the loan would indeed be approvable before the formal application was filed. Knowing this I could proceed with confidence that the mortgage would not be denied and that I wouldnt risk losing thousands of dollars in down payment and filing fees. Sarah also worked with myself and the selling party and explained all the steps and processes that had to happen and why. From start to finish she worked very hard to make my dream a reality.

Sarah is simply the best. At a time when the market is adding stress and uncertainty to an already stressful life event, she somehow made the experience feel easy. She went above and beyond to explain processes, answer our questions, and provide excellent guidance on details big and small. She is extremely knowledgeable, extremely trustworthy, and also just a wonderful person to be around! Sarah deserves all her great reviews she is given plus many more. She went above and beyond with her assistance in helping my aunt to sell her house. Sarah kept us informed every step of the way since this was not an ordinary sale. We were in Florida and of course the house was in Pa. Sarah did a lot of extra work to prepare the house to be sold. Thanks to her the house was sold without difficulty. We owe Sarah huge thanks and would highly recommend her to anyone for the selling of their property.
