I haven't been involved myself but my parents were. It's a difficult time when one of them got sick to get hold of someone. If you aren't on the paperwork they can't talk to you. In an emergency they don't want to talk to anyone who isn't listed. I was listed so I told my nephew just call the ambulance. This ISNOT a program id ever get involved in

Maybe be upfront about your costs to the people you're selling to? Great-grandparents were lied to by a representative, said no cost or stress would come to them. A few months after their passing the family receives a bill of 112k. We saw no paperwork about this when cleaning out the estate. So no cost or stress to them, but toss the family in debt? Shady business practice for shady people.
