The people who work here are very unprofessional I had to come in for a retest without having an explanation why, when I got called up to test I needed more time and water so I sat down again while sitting I can overhear the entire staff laughing about the whole situation almost like if they dont care if I hear, this isnt a joking matter to me. My job is on the line

I was in here 2 weeks ago for a pre-employment physical/drug screen for a job at a place I was really excited for. Richard Rackett I believe his name was was extremely rude from the second I walked through the door. After I gave a urine sample he was asking me why my uring was so clear basically insinuating I was diluting my urine for some reason, I had just came from the gym and I am on creatine monohydrate which requires you to drink an excess amount of water. He told me he could not do the rapid test and would have to send it to a lab and that they would likely not even test it and I would either A. Not get my job, or B. Have to retest. After hearing this I started to get worked up subsequently made my heart beat a little faster. He took my heart rate and started to grill me about why it was high (directly after hearing I may not be getting a job I was excited for.) At the end of the day the lab in fact did test my urine and it came back negative for any narcotics as I knew it would and I started my job monday. Overall a terrible experience and would suggest your employers steer clear of this place.

I was sent here for a work related injury by my employer, as we have a contract with them through Workers Comp. I arrived at WellSpan Occupational Health and was treated with ignorance from the second I walked up to Marias window. I have never been treated so poorly by another healthcare worker in my life!! At times I was speechless by her arrogant responses. I was worried & concerned after an injury that occurred on the job, instead of compassion & direction, she treated me like a piece of garbage. She knew that we have a contract but continued to refuse to help me without speaking to one person from our HR department; I offered other higher points of contact & she said that means nothing to her, theres nothing she can do. I only needed some bloodwork, as per OSHA guidelines. She told me to go sit down. After attempting one call to her manager, she told me to just leave and go to the ER or Annville office. Maria made it very clear she wanted nothing to do with the situation.
