Unfairness and favoritism from HR, line leads are very unprofessional most of them don't speak English and is hard to communicate if you don't speak Spanish. Leads for the most part only care about meeting their quota if that, very unorganized and unprofessional. Had an on work injury and they didn't handle it very well and just let me go. This place is run by people with not much experience or care for others

Horrible company the supervisors are very rude and bully the employees while cursing at them and talking about them to other employees. A very unprofessional environment. You are overworked and treated like a number. They have horrible favoritism and put all the work on a number of employees while the rest slack off and leave the work to others. They work you till you pass out and dont care about your well being. HR plays favoritism and bullies new employees. You have no support and horrible leads. This company is under horrible command and they dont know how to run there own warehouse. It is a miserable place to work with so much unfair treatment and bullying.

Arrived for what was supposed to be a drop and hook, only to find out they had not yet loaded the trailer. Told they were going to be doing a alive load. Have been here since 1400 it's now 2330 and just given a door. Have been checking with them every couple of hours and being told different stories each time. My co-driver was told the last time that they were not going to load us because they were done for the night. I came in a couple of minutes later and was told to dock the rig in door 244 and they would get us loaded. Haven't been doing much for the past 30 minutes since the truck has been in the door. They are currently standing around speaking in Spanish and not working. I am sitting on the floor listening to them talking. Wonder if they realize I understand some of what they are saying. It's not very nice that's for sure. This place is an absolute mess.
