I bought a lawn mower and a snow blower here many years ago. I have annual service on both done here. They keep my machines running smoothly! They start on the first or second pull every time!

I called twice in one week and left a message each time with the same person. I was transferred both times after asking a question about a possible Toro Snowblower purchase. A neighbor recommended this store. I did business with a local ACE Hardware store, and am extremely pleased.

My husband is ready to purchase a Toro snowblower. He's leaning toward purchasing this at Home Depot due to their Veteran's discount. He's called Power Pro twice since Wednesday and left messages for Kurt in sales, inquiring about any Veteran's discount or price matching. As of this post, there have still been no return calls. He'll be making his purchase at Home Depot.

Ordered a belt for a mower, was told it would be in Wednesday. Went in Wednesday and was told it did not arrive. I was then told to try Friday. Needed a carb for a blower, they did not have, but the Palmyra store did.

The tire on my zero turn mower had gone flat and I took it to PowerPro Equipment for repair. It was supposed to be done the next morning. After waiting all day for a phone call I called them at 2 pm. The flat still hadn't been repaired. The mechanic said he would get right on it. I picked the tire up at 4 pm. I waited another 20 minutes for someone to complete the invoice. When they handed me the bill my jaw dropped. $41 to repair a flat on a lawn mower tire? Mavis Tire in Palmyra repaired a flat mower tire for me last year for no charge. Power Pro Equipment did a good job repairing the tire but $41? Outrageous! Buyer beware....
