I had been looking over vehicles for months. The first time I walked on the lot I was interested in one particular SUV. But I've had bad experience with other dealers in the past so I did my research on not just car dealerships but what type of vehicle I wanted. From walking in the doors until I walked out with the keys to my new vehicle, Cassie Grimes was amazing! The lady in the finance office (sorry, I forgot her name) was also great. The process was quick and easy. Cassie even took the time to go over all the bells and whistles with me before I drove off. Thank you all for all your help! Highly recommend this dealership!

Sales manager AND general manager were extremely rude and unaccomadating. They lost business because of it. They don't even know their own address, and when I asked to speak to the manager, general manager said he was trying to call me but it wasn't going through... I HEARD HIM IN THE BACKROUND. Why would you hide your employee like that and lie to me. I will NEVER do business with another bennett auto shop, and I suggest you don't either I'd you don't want to get talked down to or lied to. Awful experience. Couldn't even write the other 5 things wrong! What a joke.

Bennett Pre-Owned is great - from both a business and a personal perspective. Personally, I was first introduced to the kind folks at Bennett Pre-Owned when they hosted a few different Cedar Crest High School fund-raiser car washes that my kids participated in and benefited from. Most recently, I was on the hunt for a compact SUV or a sedan - I reviewed their website and made a couple of calls...decided on one to test-drive, and had the good fortune to be paired with Tori. She was incredibly sensitive to my needs, never pushy, and although it turned out that the first car I test-drove wasn't for me, she brought me back inside to look again over their inventory with her navigating the website. Very considerate of her! Well, we found a perfect match...took it for a test-drive and I was beyond happy with the find! It was a fair price, the buying process was super easy and fast - they have some very modern tech that made electronic documents even easier! I got five-star service and I highly recommend them. Ask for Tori!!!

Me and my fiancee Kevin bought a car from them. Tori was an amazing helpful person in assisting us with our new car. I recommend it to everyone go there they are really nice and really work with everyone. Love that place. They are awesome
