I paid attorney fees up until I realized I was getting no help with my case at the time. He is hard to reach, doesn't fulfill what is agreed upon, & I rarely get a phone call back at that time. Later, I thought that it was due to him being busy with clients & decided to go back. BIG MISTAKE! Now, no communication at all!!

Scot was retained to represent my son in a horrific experience. He was amazingly helpful in assisting him in getting the minimal sentence for his charges. I highly recommend his services. You will not be dissapointed in his years of experience.

I previously worked for this law office. On 4/14/2023, I was advised that I was being laid off (no fault of my own) and that today would be my last day of work. I was informed by Mr. Feeman that my son and I would have our medical coverage until the end of the month. Around the end of April 2023, my son began rubbing his eyes and they were red, so I was unsure if he had pink-eye. I took him to a walk-in urgent clinic on 4/22/23. Around August, I received a medical bill for this date of service for $330, and there was no insurance adjustment. After making several phone calls, I found out that our insurance coverage was terminated on 4/14/2023. Should we have had active insurance coverage, as promised by Mr. Feeman, this visit would have only cost me $30 out of pocket. When speaking with the insurance company, I questioned the medical bill and termination date, and mentioned that my former employer stated we would have coverage until the end of the month. I was encouraged by the health insurance company to contact Mr. Feeman. Additionally, the dependent insurance premium was deducted from my final pay. Between August and December 2023, I sent a total of 12 e-mails to Mr. Feeman and left 9 messages with this offices answering service; none in which were answered. My messages were to discuss this matter, or schedule a meeting. This office never contacted me to discuss. With nowhere else to turn, I reached out to a local Senators office for assistance. I explained the situation, and sent to their office the e-mails I had sent to Mr. Feeman and office staff, and the information regarding all of my messages left with his staff. The Senators office reached out to Mr. Feeman on my behalf. Mr. Feeman responded to the Senators office the same day. Mr. Feeman stated he had sent an e-mail to the brokerage company used to purchase the health insurance, requesting that our coverage remain until 5/1/2023. Mr. Feeman also included a census report showing we had coverage in the month of April 2023, but this form did not include the exact dates in April we had coverage. The coverage dates were from April 1 until April 14, 2023. With that said, Mr. Feeman sent an e-mail to an employee of the Senators office, stating he would work on getting an exact termination date. The Senators office had forwarded to me Mr. Feemans e-mail to their office, in which he did state he would look into this. I spoke with the same representative that Mr. Feeman e-mailed requesting our medical coverage remain until 5/1/2023. This representative was only able to give me limited information. She was able to tell me that plan rules are of date of event, that is why our coverage terminated the date I was laid off, which is not what I was told. This representative said the only way for an exception to be made, would be Mr. Feeman to submit a letter on company letterhead to the carrier, requesting an exception be made and the end date, with his physical signature. The carrier does not accept this request through e-mail, which is what Mr. Feeman did. I sent an e-mail to Mr. Feeman with this information, in order for him to correct. After my final e-mail to Mr. Feeman requesting for an update on this or to schedule an appointment with him to discuss; receiving no response. After taking a day off work, I went into Feeman Law offices to talk to Mr. Feeman. Since I did go in unannounced, I was catching him right before he was leaving the office for court. I reminded Mr. Feeman that the carrier needed this in a letter, on company letterhead. Mr. Feeman, brushing me off, stated he did all that he could and he had provided to the Senators office all information. I stated that he, Mr. Feeman, had e-mailed an employee of the Senator, in which he stated he would look into an exact termination date. Mr. Feeman denied this. Mr. Feeman is dishonest and does not do his research. Mr. Feeman does not return telephone calls or e-mails. He does not take responsibility for his errors.

No! I can't stress enough. No. No. No. No. No. Just don't. Save your time and money! This office is looking to take your money, sweep your case under the rug, and portray them selves as trustworthy and attentive in the process. These people made my situation worse, and the only advice I remember him telling me is I have to shave my trimed beard because I look like a punk. These law offices helped me get the maximum punishment in my case. Please just don't call this office. I'm still on parole for "coughing" on a police officer, and I had served 6 months for it! Because I endangered a police officers life by coughing during covid during a trafficstop. Also, Mr. Feeman had me sign my rights away so I can never bring this case up again and fight the charges or outcome of the original case proceedings. He works with the 12!
