      image This branch is extremely useless. Changes are made to your account without your permission or knowledge. The staff at the Lebanon location always have a nasty piss poor attitude and are never helpful. Mistakes are made all the time and dont waste your time calling because no one ever answers the phones. I highly do not recommend banking with NorthWest in Lebanon PA.

      image It is seriously a disgrace to the town of Lebanon that this bank is still in business. Never have I visited a financial institution that was this lazy, incompetent, and indifferent to their own failure. This could quite possibly be the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life.
