Women's Health Care Group - Lansdale

The office committed that women doctor will deliver , but the delivery day there was no women doctor available so be careful . if you don't want man deliver your baby don't go there.

My entire pregnancy experience here at Jefferson cannot be described as anything but negligent and disgusting. While the office staff and one doctor I have seen have been wonderful, the other doctors and the NP here have been a nightmare. Not only did I feel rushed through every single appointment I was in, I was given a different plan of care for my abnormal genetic results at each and every appointment. When o had questions or concerns, I would be told to either go to the ER or everything is fine, without any follow up to determine if things actually are, indeed fine. If you have a completely normal pregnancy, and can deliver easily, I guess theyre ok as a baby factory. But if you want actual care or are having concerns, please avoid this place. Ultrasound techs are also rude and ultrasound capabilities are sub par compared to other providers in the area.I was supposed to see MFM at week 12 and they wouldnt see me until 25 weeks due to lack of communication between providers which I had questioned for three months before getting in. Now, I have requested to have my records transferred and three weeks later, my new provider is still waiting on them. I am exhausted and disgusted. Stay away, Jefferson is not superior.

Quite literally the worst practice I have ever been too and experienced within the last year. I have been going here since I was 18 and I am now 29 and this place has taken a major turn for the worse. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I wanted to believe that it wasnt as bad as it is getting but there hasnt been a single time within the last year that I have has a good experience. I have been told many times to Google what is going on with me, that should never be an answer I get to questions I am asking them nor to I expect that to be a constant answer from a doctor (which with dr. Greybush around and in charge I NEVER was told that). I am now after a year of constant bad experiences I am switching practices, I really wanted to believe it wasnt taking a turn for the worse. I am very sad about this and so I just wanted to warn people of the unprofessionalism and oddly the lack of knowledge the doctors hold. You should a 100% never go here and i at sorry to have to say that. It really is such a shame because it use to be one hell of a practice :( I use to love it here. No one was ever rude to me but the care and knowledge they carry has extremely had a downfall. Womens healthcare group is a big practice so I cant speak for the other locations, but lansdale is an absolute no go. I hope whoever reads this takes this review seriously. I have only ever written one other bad review in my life and I wish I didnt have to write this one. But its that bad :(

Do NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE My mom had ultrasound last month and no One called!!!!! I called just now to find out that they will check if the recived it or not. No one cares about ur health in this office. Even if u have problem tumor or anything dangerous. HORRIBLE STAY AWAY
