My sump pump died in the early hours of Sunday morning (worst timing). I also had a water powered back up pump installed years ago but when I had some work done by another plumber 2 years ago (one of the bigger named companies beginning with a V), he apparently shut off the water supply to the pump and never turned it back on (also caused a leak in my toilet which caused a flood and damaged my drywall. Got it refunded but they didn't apologize). Anyway, the remediation company I called at 5 AM, True North (also 5 star work!) got me in touch with Colin at Abbey Plumbing. Colin was awesome! He fixed the dead pump and is the one who discovered the previous plumber's mistake with the water line). Colin was super friendly and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this team!!!

This company is very unreliable, dont waste your time like I did. The company was no call no show for our schedule appointment and after we rescheduled no one showed up once again.

I had a heater and air conditioner installed over two years ago. I asked for the receipt for the air conditioner and the warranties for both the air conditioner and heater several times (via emails, texts, business phone line, and in person). I was told more than once that I would receive them. More than 2 years later, I do not have them. I am rating this company a 1 because there was no follow through regarding this. I was told by the head of the company that warranties that are registered are 10 years, those that are not are 5. I do not know where my warranties stand.
