        Great facility, nice people, cool instructors. but really bad communication - dont expect a call back if you need something. Inefficient check in. Summer camp/daycare team doesnt even answer the phone.

        I just rejoined mostly for the pool and the hot tube , I found out today the hot tube has been out of order for a week , when I was member before it seemed the hot tube was always out of order , is this going to be the norm going forward ?, I may reconsider my membership

        Thinking of a pool party, Lansdale Y is your go to place!! Recently we had our daughters birthday party. She asked for a pool party and Lansdale Y was great in accommodating our big party. Mr. Ian Dillard our party associate from Lansdale Y is awesome. He helped us in every step to make this party a wonderful memory for our family. All kids not only loved to have a splash in the pool but also had a blast with Mr. Ian Dillard when he volunteered as a dance DJ. All parents loved our party and praised Ians energy levels are remarkable. Everybody had so much fun. Thank you Ian and Lansdale Y.

      Hello, Ellyn. Thank you for your review. We apologize that you have experienced inconveniences with check in and reaching our childcare staff. With high camp interests, our staff have been overwhelmed with members trying to contact them. We recommend visiting a camp open house, March 16 at Indian Valley, March 19 at Lansdale, and April 18 at both branches. You will be able to speak with staff in person and you will receive $25 off camp registration for attending. In the meantime, your review will help us serve our members more efficiently.
