    Terrible, never call back or voicemail is full. I've needed MRI script renewed because they couldn't get me in before expire. Never got callback after left multiple voicemail. Grandview is falling off cliff, find somewhere else that actually cares about their patients. They are just another example of high cost medical, low grade service. All they want is your $$, don't care about you as patient. Sad!

    First time here, was told to pickup my CD with my diagnostic films on it. I normally go to the Harleysville MRI location. Calling here was difficult (busy and full with people in the queue on the phone). After reaching someone at the facility they got upset I was asking for a bunch of studies from previous visits. I was simply asking for ANYTHING from the last few years. They said I had studies go back almost 20 years. I reiterated I only needed films from previous years on a specific body part but if they wanted to just make it easier they could add the entire years that they could fit on a CD Oddly enough looking at the CD it seems they had tons of space but decided to only include 8-10 studies and I could not tell which ones because it stopped at 6 studies then said on the CD 8 more (but no description) I do not understand why they couldn't just load as much as possible. Like let it load over lunchtime slowly or as you leave from work etc. I've tried doing this before and I keep getting the SAME studies from previous visits. I even wanted to let them know which ones I had but nope they just forced me into their only option. I do not want to be charged for another study like MRI or CT Scan if I already had it. Plus my specialist said they wanted to see ALL the previous films to diagnose and treat me accurately. Ugh I hope this will work. Otherwise I will have to reschedule another appointment here and there to let them see my films. I don't understand why I couldn't get all the films. Regardless of multiple CDs etc. My doctor is asking for that. I have been giving the CDs to the specialists I have been seeing, which is why I'm here. Going forward I'll tell them to copy it so I can keep my CDs for any more visits in the future. Also the person when I got there was on their phone and seemed aloof when I was asking for my CD. Showed my licence so I could get it and left. If this happens again I'm just going back to the other diagnosis centre.

    Failed to properly post the appropriate test results to my online portal. After multiple calls to correct, I was told to pick up a paper copy at the office. Had to wait about an hour to get an envelope because the front desk said they were busy. Appropriate documents were never loaded to the portal.
