will never go back. the salesman only care about their commission and continue to lie to customers. horrible advice, terrible service. borderline scam artists. amazon: $8 for screen protector and case verizon: $128

I came into the Verizon store to replace my android phone with an iPhone and met with Chevy. He was extremely helpful and very patient in helping me make all of the transfers advising me on what was best to do and just helping me through it I would definitely recommend him and think highly of him. Thank you.

This Third party store was nice to deal with, lots of knowledgeable people there. They have nothing to do with Verizon prepaid and wont help whatsoever, but were willing to provide info and feedback. Highly recommend for postpaid service

Justin was very helpful. Found e mail another company never completed. Helped set up me and my husbands cell phones and got us squared away with my nurse discount with verizon! I recommend anyone who comes to this verizon store to ask for Justin!

First Thank you to Anthony for being a member of our armed forces.And now Thank you I stopped in to have py phone checked out about texting issues, the store was busy and I asked if it would be better to come back at a later time so he was able to make a sale, Anthony told me he is here for his customers. I WAS BLOWN AWAY. Anthony took the time to contact Verizon and they had to go in threw the backend, sure enough after sometime he had me up and running again. He knew I was worried about having to buy a new phone and understood me. As we started talking and what he was able to make happen, I landed up getting new phones at no cost, and this was with no pressure . Anthony took care of all of our questions and concerns and transfered everything. Spot on as always. This store has always given great customer support ,we never bother with the one on rt 309, your a number there. THANK YOU AGAIN Bob
