Easy to make an appointment. I dropped the car off in the evening prior to the appointment and received a call the next day to pick up the car . There were no issues to be resolved. Ive been working with John for close to 35 years.

North Penn Auto Service came to the rescue recently helping me with a replacement battery. It was a Sunday and I needed a Group 85 Interstate battery. While most of the area shops were closed, North Penn was open, knowledgeable, and had exactly what I needed in stock at a competitive price. Awesome service. My F-150 needed a lot of work (which I knew when I bought it). After diagnosis it took a week to obtain the parts (theyre at the mercy of suppliers) and they performed 5k worth of work in a timely manner. The truck rides much better and doesnt leak. They are busy for a reason. They even washed it when done. John the service manager truly cares about customers and was willing to call me after his schedule was over. Highly recommend.
