Update - 01/05/24 Chris followed up on the issues and resolved them. Thank you team. ________ In the stay of 6 months or more, I had a mixed experience. Pros:Chris and team are responsive and try to help as much as possible. Chris helps with all the clarifications and also any issues we have. I like the smart rent, parcel pickup and other facilities. Cons:There are issues with the apartment appliances from the time of my move and it takes multiple requests to finally get it fixed or replaced. My move could have been better if these were checked before handing over the apartment. The dryer was old and rusted(replaced promptly by Chris). The HVAC had issues and it had to break finally, we had to stay using portable heaters for a couple of days before it was fixed completely. The water heater still has issues even after multiple requests. I haven't received a set of mailbox keys. I had a better experience with my previous apartment's maintenance teams. The valet thrash had a lot of issues but is better now. Overall I wouldn't call it a luxury experience and services could be improved.

Chris is simply the best property manager around. Hes so down to earth and goes out of his way to make sure you are all good. The apartment and amenities are awesome. Pool is a great addition. Great location as well right next to turnpike

This community is an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful place to live. The office staff is extremely accommodating, friendly, and will go above and beyond for you. It could not be better located as it is very close to train stations that will easily take you into Philly as well as close to the turnpike which makes travel so convenient! It offers great amenities like a gym with lots of equipment, a great pool, and a beautiful lobby area with printers, entertainment, and amazon lockers. They really do pull out all the stops here and you can not go wrong living here!
