VMSC admin office staff Diane was so helpful to me in getting a refund for my parents. After multiple attempts with remote billing, I was referred to the local office. Diane was helpful in coordinating and communicating to the accounting team what was needed to get the refund sent out. Thanks very much Diane!!!

Called 911 for a medical emergency for my daughter and these guys show up. You dont get a choice when you call 911. Be prepared they dont accept insurance and are now chasing us for $1100. I cannot tell if its incompetence or fraudulent but either way if you have a choice, stay away from these people.

The team of Joes arrived to help my neighbor yesterday who had fallen. They were wonderful as a concerned neighbor who is also a senior it is comforting to know this team is available to help when the chip are down! Well done gentleman

they practice predatory ems...I was prevented from leaving the scene by three sloppy emts. I refused treatment from the 911 call that I the dispatcher it wasn't necessary to the cop that was on scene. No as a disabled vet with little to no disposable income I have to worry about collections, aggravating my ptsd and causing more issues. But my favorite part is them dodging my phone calls. I even got 29 news to call, but they were ignored too. They are everything wrong with ema and I hope someone looks into their shady practices
