        I just want to personally give a huge thankyou to Imani (MJ) the receptionist. I could tell that she genuinely cared, and because of that she really helped me. I had terrible experiences and my hopes of getting my IUD removed and starting a family were running low. I wish more people in this world were like her, because all you have to be is nice. It could brighten someones day, or give them hope. So Thankyou MJ!!

        It was my first and only visit, and I scheduled with a female doctor for my own comfort. I come in for my appointment and find that Im scheduled with a male doctor, and they couldnt switch it to a female for me. Their central scheduling is the issue in my eyes. I am a trauma survivor and having to deal with that was absolutely not okay. Most women do not want to have a male OBGYN checking them out.
