Pets Furst Urgent Care

Thankfully we have an urgent care in the area now because it's difficult to get in to see your regular vet and the emergency vet usually has a long wait or they can't take you because they're booked. My husband and I went there today with our dog because he wasn't feeling well and everyone was so kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this place and will come back if needed.

My first experience going to pets furst. I waited 20-25 min when I finished my paperwork. They brought me back the vet tech came in wrote whats wrong with her and said the dtr will be in. She said we are very busy its going to be awhile. I asked how many people are in front of me she said like 4 or 5. I sat in the room for 20 more minutes and the owner stopped in and said the dtr would be in a few minutes. The dtr came in stated he would give her a shot. Waited another 15 min and the vet tech came in gave me the meds. I asked if she was going to give it to her the meds she said she was too busy and said give it to ur self. This is the most unprofessional place to go. Will never go back .

Brought in two 4 wk old kittens that took a ride in my engine compartment (they're fine). The facility was very clean & pleasant. The hour wait was made easier with some human creature comforts & appreciation for our patience. All employees were caring, professional, knowledgeable & efficient. Pricing was more than fair for a Sunday afternoon. I'm glad to know they are available for weekend visits for us (in NJ) and our grand-pets (in PA). Keep up the great work!

My husband and I took our little girl here after she had a reaction to a medication. We waited about an hour to see the dr which I found to be very fair considering that this is a walk in service. From start to finish everybody was exceptional. Margaret at the front desk was just so sweet and considerate. Becca the vet tech/ nurse was compassionate and helpful. Our cat accidentally peed in her crate and Becca didnt blink an eye- she wrapped her in a blanket and later cleaned up the accident like nothing happened! The dr came in and introduced himself as Jonah (Dr. C). He was so kind, sweet and understanding. The dr and tech were quick with treatment and made us feel like a priority. I also found their pricing to be fair and not on the same level as an ER. Im so happy to have this urgent care in the area since there was no in between the regular vet and the ER. I wish them success in this location and we will be back if ever needed!

Place was very clean, staff professional and friendly. Glad to have a place that has weekend hours and was able to get my cat seen for something minor.
