I have no idea if they are legitimate - I just know they accepted an offer on a vehicle at auction and the only way they accept payment was through wire transfer. After the money was long sent, they cancelled the sale for non-payment. I was in communication with them the entire time, showing them the trail of money getting to them. Due to COVID and the time of year (the Christmas holidays), it took 10 days (not 10 business days) to get the money to their account. They still cancelled the sale. Apparently my money is being sent back but the entire process does not seem proper. I have no proof at this point but I would stay away from them and Speedy Automotive Inc in Philadelphia. Surprise surprise, they then take the item off of auction and put it on sale on their website at a price much higher than the auction. Poor business practices at best. You have been warned.
