Read other people's review. I have exact feeling. The staff exhibits rude behavior and sells mandatory purchase of tire rotation and balance service during installation. Worst of all, I found one of wheel cap missing after tire installations. After numbers call and going to store myself, they did not admit that this was their fault and put all responsibility on me. Will never go back this place.

I just called to reschedule my appointment for my service.2/28 @9:45am The lady on the phone was very rude after I politely told her my name and my reason for calling she stated " I don't know what your talking about, what are you talking about ??" I asked could I speak to a manager and she stated that there was no manager present. Very unprofessional.

I tried to get in to get an oil change. The girl at the counter acted like I was the biggest inconvenience of her life. The bays were empty and she scoffed at me and said she didn't think her manager would want to do another one today. I said forget it and walked out.
