I have video surveillance on the property and I was home so I was very aware that the team of 3 spent 2.5hrs and I would also include 0.5hrs in travel. When I got the bill, I saw I was charged for 4 hrs so I called and stated the above. The man on the phone was extremely rude and verbally aggressive. He stated that he had been in business for X amount of years, they don't need my business and then he hung up on me. I did pay them for service for 3 hours because the service was done and the team of 3 were not to blame for their ill-mannered and ill-tempered colleague but I would warn homeowners to stay away from this company. If you go to dispute a charge, you will have to deal with an intense amount of aggression. It is extremely unnecessary to retaliate against an individual who is merely disputing a charge. Foraker Landscaping Inc was the best solution for our paver restoration. Owen gave us a full explanation as to how to restore the pavers to their original look. We look forward to working with Foraker Landscaping Inc in the future. Thank you for a job well done.

Foraker installed a swale and underground drainage system for the side of my yard that had flooding issues. They also removed a tree from my front yard. Initially communication was steady and then suddenly dropped off. I only knew they were coming the day they did because I called them and asked if they had gotten me on the schedule yet, to which they replied "we're coming tomorrow morning". The workers were friendly, and the tree removal was fast and well done. My contract specifically stated that the workers were to leave the tree cut up for firewood, they instead removed it all. They then graded my yard and installed the underground system. It was done well, however, they did not connect the downspouts from my gutters into the piping for the underground drainage system. It rained later that day, and the unconnected downspout flooded my side yard and came under my side door. I texted and called Foraker, to no response. The owner responded later that night, and came out promptly the next morning. He surveyed the work and had a small team out a few hours later to regrade my yard again (as most of it had washed away in the rain due to the downspout connection issue), and reseed my dug up yard. The small team was quick and professional. I think Foraker did a good job all said and done, but their communication needs some work. The flooding of my side yard due to their error was also not great, but I understand mistakes happen. Based on the quality of their work, I would recommend them; based on their lack of communication and forgetfulness, I would not.
