My son went for an appt. 1st time there. A woman came in behind him tried to cancel her appt due to death in the family. They told her it would be 150. To cancel. She cried.
My son said something he was not happy.sat they did waive the fee however he was extremely disappointed with this office. He stayed long enough to fulfill his appt. Asked if he could leave without a fee and he left. He felt this office was not compassionate to its clients.
He felt bad for the client who suffered a family loss. And that she broke down into tears.
He will not go back there

Awesome experience from Michelle at the front desk, I spoke to her on phone first she so very professional and knowledgeable when we discussed my plan. I also meet with Bogdan he was assistant very gentle all through the initial consult X-rays and cleaning. Dr. Thiebon and Patel explained everything in detail. The office was clean and modern. Everyone was professional and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place.

Ive been here for tooth extraction, cavity fillings, and cleaning. Ive had a different dentist and technician every time, and all have been pleasant and helpful! Angela in particular is extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout a rather uncomfortable cleaning (because my teeth were neglected). The front desk staff are kind as well. I dont have much to compare to, because as I said, Ive neglected my teeth, but all around Ive had good experiences here!

Amazing experience at Alpha Dental. Dr. Thievon was unbelievable! Got 3 fillings and I didn't even feel the needle. Less than 30mins. In and out. Great, kind and knowledgeable staff. They made my teeth so clean and white. Amazing recommendations for cleaning at home, too! Thanks again!
