Highly recommend going with DC Renovations for anything you need! The owner, Darko, came highly recommended through family and friends who had previously worked with him - and I couldn't agree more. We had 6 custom closets built into our brand new home. Darko was very flexible with scheduling, transparent with pricing, and efficient and skilled with building. We also consulted him on different closet options as well as other proposed work in the home, to which he offered his expert opinion (everything from closet placement, French doors, leaks, and water damage remediation). My wife and I were recommended DC Renovations by family who had used them in the past. Over the past four months weve had several projects done by them. The first and biggest project to date was new floors for our entire house (living room, bedrooms, bathroom and basement) that we had just purchased. The pricing was up front and accurate, completed on time and most importantly looks great. The second project was installation of a new water heater that works great. The third and most recent project we had done was a completely new railing, balusters and post for our basement steps. For all the projects we worked with Darko who was very flexible with my wife and I schedules, he was also upfront with costs and time of completion for each project. He also communicated with us through each step of the process. He was also always available to answer questions we had and gave us some great recommendations on things to improve the project. For all future projects we will be going with DC Renovations due to flexibility, pricing and quality of work. Will also be recommending to all friends and family looking to do upgrades to their homes.

We had Darko renovate our 30+ year old bathroom. He helped us choose top quality material and provided helpful recommendations throughout the process. I have now used DC Renovation on several occasions with more projects on the horizon. I've had my kitchen redone with Ikea cabinets that needed to be put together, and the total gut job of everything that was in the kitchen. Once that project was complete, he installed new bathroom vanities, re-titled bathroom, installed new flooring/new railing on steps going to the basement, installed pull down door for attic and put the flooring down in the attic. Darko does it all - moved HVAC Vents, moved electric outlets, installed new outlets, added water lines to install ice maker and pot filler - EVERYTHING you see in this kitchen was done by Darko. He shows up, communicates, preps properly, and cleans up every day. If you want a great, honest and priced fair contractor, you will find it with Darko.
