FINE Cabinetry Kitchen & Bath Co.

I am not a person that changes my mind nor is high maintenance. I make a plan, was very understanding and patient throughout the months to wait for the renovation of my kitchen. It is not a huge kitchen. I never complained and cooperated completely with the timeline. Overall they did start within a couple of weeks of initial estimate. They were courteous. There was an error of not ordering under counter lighting as requested. It was remedied in short time.The good news. There was a missing drawer pull when the order was placed. I was told that they would place it with next kitchen order. That was approximately 8-9 weeks ago. The original pulls did not take that long! IT is not as much about the pull, albeit the one drawer I was excited to use is unusable, as it is the complete lack of response. I have texted and called at least 7 times in the past weeks. I am in sales. I am in customer service. It is about DETAIL and ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. The voice mail which is constantly on says the call is recorded for quality and that they care about my call. I think now that the kitchen was completed, the money was gotten (28K) and so much for me. I always balance my feedback. Being ignored is insulting and bad business. Does anyone know if Fine Cabinetry shut down? Wouldn't that be on the message? Services: Tile work installation, Remodeling, Cabinet installation, Custom cabinet design & installation

I am so happy we chose Fine Cabinetry to do our kitchen renovation. The entire process from start to finish was easy and the team kept in touch with us every step of the way. Highly recommend this company!!

Terrible experience! We paid in full for this company to make repairs to our existing kitchen cabinets. After numerous phone calls attempting to set up the installation appointment the gentleman finally came out to our home with the custom parts. He attempted to install the parts but they did not fit. He said that he would have to return to make additional adjustments to the backsplash and molding. We also knew that we would pay additional for the installation which was acceptable to us. Several weeks went by until a follow-up appointment was scheduled. Two hours before the appointment for which we re-arranged our schedule, we received a phone call saying that they were short-handed at the store and had to cancel. The gentleman was told that we were unhappy with the first attempt at installation and he said that he would be in touch with us by the end of the day to set up another date. That phone call never occurred. Approximately two weeks after that date following numerous unanswered messages, a very belligerent woman flat out told us that they were understaffed and no one would come out to install the parts. Right now we sit with an unfinished kitchen, cabinet parts in our garage where they left them and we are out over $318.00. An appeal to this company has fallen on deaf ears. No one should be subjected to this type of poor customer service and we recommend that potential consumers look for another vendor.

The owner really wants you to be satisfied with your finished project. We had a total remodel, including removing a wall. We had a few glitches and small changes along the way as it goes with an older house, but were offered solutions that worked. In the end we were very satisfied with our kitchen.
