From the mitigation, to the tear out, to the rebuild, they were professional, responsive, clean, and courteous. Ray and his team responded very quickly. They were very thorough and really took the time to make sure the mold was gone and that the problem was solved before doing the rebuild. We had a terrible leak in our kitchen which we were totally unaware of. The water was draining underneath the floor and underneath our cabinets. Apparently this was happening for a long time so mold and water accumulated in our crawl space, under our cabinets, and our floor without and indication of this tragic situation happening. We finally saw some wetness in the cabinet underneath the sink and quickly called the plumber. When he saw the situation we were in he said we need a Restoration Company. We never knew of anyone that did this kind of work. After much research were decided to contact Ray Rutkowski from PuroClean of Nothern Lancaster County. It was the best move we ever could have made. He was terrific in all aspects. He took total charge of this whole project and informed us of every move he was making. He is the best in this business and we are so thankful we chose him. The mold situation was awful and when he was done in the crawl space you could have your lunch down there. He over saw that we received a new kitchen and flooring. Also some appliances had to be replaced. Thank you Ray for being the best and we will forever be appreciative of your excellent work when we were in a terrible situation. We had an issue with a new attic AC unit that was not installed correctly and ultimately leaked through our ceiling. The AC company offered to send their contractor out to fix it, but they were scheduled weeks out. I reached out on thumbtack to see if anyone could help, and Ray quickly got back to me. He was rightfully concerned about mold, and made it a point to get to our house quickly to remove the wet/moldy material since it had been sitting damp for a week by that point. Ray and his team do quality work, were considerate and extremely good communicators. The price for the work seemed more than appropriate seeing as Ray made multiple trips to our house to make sure nothing was rushed and everything was completed correctly. The ceiling looks better now than it did before the damage with a completely fresh coat of paint, and they left the room they were working in cleaner than it started. Ray and PuroClean will be my first call for any future needs. Appreciate them helping take a stressful situation with our poor AC install and getting our house back to good as new.
