        I went to this location to buy a new watch and was immediately greeted when I walked in the door. There was a large selection of watches at great prices. The service I received from Ashley was outstanding. She took her time showing me many different watches and explained all the features. My watch was even personalized with my name on it, free of charge! I had a great experience in this store and appreciate the help I received.

        I have a watch that the hand fell off. I just wanted to exchange the defective watch, the manager stated they didnt have that program anymore and offered to give me a ridiculous amount as a credit. I have bought numerous watches here before and never had any problems. I will not buy another item from this store ever again
