Penn Charter Abstract is a fantastic company to work with regarding researching properties for a real estate settlement. They do not charge any additional fees with their transaction as well. I personally used Penn Charter abstract to be added onto the deed of my home where my husband was the sole owner of the property previously. Lesley Hurst was able to have this accomplished within 5 days for me. Highly recommend using Penn Charter abstract for all of your title needs.
