Awful customer service. Girl behind the counter has a terrible attitude. LOL owners response is typical. How about apologize for her getting rude and nasty in the first place and not ridiculous rules? Rude customer service will result in reviews like this and the same attitude right back; had she been polite, I wouldve been polite right back, but she wasnt. These employees are a representing your business and you avoid the problem all together. Oh, and the driver also left NO note on the sticky he left on my door. No instructions whatsoever. Unlike UPS, Amazon fixed the problem. I can see from other reviews that I am not the only one who feels this way. HAVE A GOOD DAY :)

Overpriced. And macari keeps forcing me to sell with a shipping label and through UPS I cannot believe as big as Lancaster is they only have one store. I don't drive and I'm not taking my packages on a bus

Absolutely a ridiculous company that only do their job right half the time meaning late packages all the time and destroyed packages from carelessness, good luck.

MUST READ They can do so much and even with challenging projects, theyll work hard to make my vision happen. This is especially true with Justin. Did you know you can do so much more here than just mail packages? You can easily handle Amazon returns, get a passport photo, print STUNNING images at a fraction of the cost with their insanely amazing printers, create business brochures, banners and so much more. Ive been coming here for years. *great options *great service *great prices. Today I picked up prints for an art wall Im making. (See image. Thats just one of many. I will update once I have them all up) I emailed the images and instructions and Justin took care of everything exactly as I wanted. If you havent explored what they have to offer, youre missing out. :)
