        I had an awesome experience with Evan, he came in the pouring rain to look at my roof leak, which required him to go 30 ft in the air, unfortunately he had to wait for the rain to stop to fix the roof. He called the next day and fit me in and successfully repaired my roof. He sent pictures and videos of the job, truly fantastic customer service! I highly recommend them if you are having roofing issues! Thank you Evan!

        We used Klausmair Construction to install Hardie Board siding on our house and to install new windows and new insulation. It was a big and complicated job, and they aced it! They were professional from start to finish. Kevin and Javin were a pleasure to work with. They were responsive, knowledgeable and hard workers - real craftsmen and were amazing at trouble shooting on some of the complications of the job. They spent a lot of time with us beforehand thinking through the best way to do the job and to understand what we wanted. They started and finished the work when they said they would. AND they left the house in "apple pie order!" Best contractors we have ever used and great people too.

        I will never hire these guys again!! My brand new rubber roof is leaking!! All 3 of my outside lights have 2 mounting screws and only one of them on each light is screwed down! I can't list everything my time is important! Service: Roof installation

        We had a tree fall, damaging the roof, gutters, and some of the siding across the front of our home. Klausmair was fantastic, providing a quick estimate and working with the insurance company to ensure they provide accurate compensation. Mike in particular, went above and beyond with emails and photos. He is 100% the guy to help you deal with insurance claims. They worked quickly and efficiently to fix all of the damage. In less than two days all the work was done. They cleaned up all the debris and left the yard and driveway spotless.       Janice, we understand your frustration having incorrect material delivered for your job. We are frustrated too, and though we always try to have all materials on site at the time of starting, unfortunately we were supplied with the wrong products. While it’s never pleasant for anyone involved, these kinds of things do happen in our industry. That being said, we would like to focus more on your overall experience with us for the other projects we had completed at your home. We rebuilt your front porch when you said yourself that nobody else would do it, installed siding on your house that you thanked us profusely for, and who can forget that amazing custom stained glass transom window that Mike had installed for you. I think it goes without saying that we have met and exceeded job expectations on everything to date. Though an unfortunate circumstance out of our control did occur on this most recent project, we had it completely rectified in a week’s time, and you told the crew how thrilled you were with it. We understand you were disappointed in waiting an additional week and wish things could’ve been different. We thank you for the many opportunities we were allowed to work with you on, and wish you the best in the future with any other projects you may consider.
