Good food, drinks, & atmosphere. Parking lot is rather small & a bit difficult to move in with a large vehicle. Only one handicapped space in the corner by the back entrance.

extremely disappointed with quality and service today. The food here used to be SO GOOD. In the past the salads here could be described as artisanal. Online, my meal wouldve been 14 dollars, in store it was 21 for a salad. the quantity and quality of the salad was not worth 21 dollars. A Cesar salad with a 4 ounce steak with an 11 dollar upcharge, cut into 4 small slivers. it was clear the price point did match the size of the steak or the salad. to wrap it up, the quality, quantity and presentation has dropped SEVERELY.

We were in town for a Rugby tournament and have been a long time fan of their beer so we took advantage of how close our hotel was to check out their taphouse/restaurant. The building has a presence but is extremely inviting but parking was a challenge. Ultimately we ended up with a spot in their lot but it took some time/patience. That minor nit aside, upon entering the restaurant we were warmly and quickly greeted. It was a Friday night during the NCAA tournament so it was predicably busy so it took a moment to get seated. We may have waited a few minutes at most before we were taken to a table. The ambiance/atmosphere definitely leans into it's Lancaster heritage ... warm, comfortable, and rustic. But that's an aside. After being seated we were greeted by our server almost immediately. He brought us water and showed us the specials. From that point forward our dinner just flowed. Orders taken, our appetizer served (corn dog fried shrimp) amazingly fast followed very quickly by our burgers, my wife got the LBC Cheeseburger with mushrooms and Swiss and I got the LBC and subbed out the meat for a black bean burger and added a cup of white chili). I can't overstate how fresh, fast and flavorful everything was. Overall, between the food and the beer it was outstanding.

Very sorry to hear your experience was not up to our usual high standards Anita! We get rave reviews on our Caesar salad, and the steak is a generous 8 ounce cut.We couldn’t find a price discrepancy online, but would appreciate your sending the link to us at [email protected] so we can ask to have it taken down. Our sincere apologies, and we’d love to make it up to you on a future visit. Cheers
